Acquisition of 4PS Group by Hilti successfully finalised

In early July 2023, we were pleased to announce that Hilti would acquire 4PS Group. By adding 4PS’ innovative software solutions to Hilti’s existing software offering, we are joining forces to enable companies in the construction industry to optimise their business processes both now and in the future. This will strengthen Hilti and 4PS’ position as leaders in the digital transformation of the construction industry.

Next phase

Hilti is committed to keeping all 350 team members, including management, in their current positions. The former owners of 4PS Group will remain involved in the further integration of 4PS Group into Hilti through their role on the Board of Directors. Michael Neidow will be joining 4PS Group from Hilti as a director and will lead 4PS Group together with Johan Bakker (Director Sales & Marketing 4PS Group), Paula Middelkoop (Director Product & Development 4PS Group) and Luurt van der Ploeg (CFO 4PS Group).
