New release 4PS Construct now available: Spring 22 release
The latest version of 4PS Construct is ready for our customers: the Spring 22 release! With the introduction of this release, our customers benefit once again from new developments and functionalities in, among others, BIM, the 4PS Field Service App, the 4PS On-site App, Document Management, Timesheets, 4PS Claims App, 4PS Control, Whitevision, INSBOU, Microsoft Power Automate and the Plant App.

4PS On-site App
It is important to stay up to date with the most recent information, also on location. With our 4PS On-site App, it is possible to consult documents, issues and checklists on-site. To further optimise the app, we added several new functionalities:
- Convert PDFs to the 4PS On-site App to use in the app;
- Place pin-points from the app in Business Central;
- Place signatures directly in the app;
- It is now possible to link Documents, Checklists and Issues to the Delivery using the OSA;
- Depending on the existing settings, deliveries can now be made per Building number.
Field Service App
The 4PS Field Service App is a handy tool for the sales force. The app supports field service workers in their work on location by registering hours, materials and additional costs. From the Spring 22 release onwards, it is also possible to enter kilometre readings for project work orders. Furthermore, it is possible to set up checks on a service order per object and location structure. This prevents unnecessary checks and loss of data when several people fill in the same inspection list.
Document management
Our document management tools make it easy to store, retrieve, update and share important documents. Completely paperless. In this new version of 4PS Construct, the performance of importing, changing and preparing documents has been improved. In addition, you can now preview photos in 4PS Construct without having to download them.
Power Platform
4PS Construct easily integrates with other Microsoft tools such as Microsoft 365 and the Microsoft Power Platform. In the Spring 22 release, new functionality has been added to Microsoft Power Automate (part of the Power Platform). It is now possible to start a Power Automate flow from Business Central. A custom consultant can also add this on other pages.
