New release 4PS Construct now available: Summer 22 release
The end of summer is fast approaching and that means that the latest version of 4PS Construct has been released to our customers: the Summer 22 release! With the continuous updates in our software, our customers using 4PS Construct in the Microsoft Cloud are always up to date with the latest developments and optimisations. This release contains updates in, among others, 4PS Control, the Graphical Resource Planning and our Purchase module.
Does your company run 4PS Construct in the cloud?
If you use 4PS Construct in the cloud, you will always be in the front row when we introduce new versions of our software. You automatically benefit from new developments and optimizations and are therefore always assured of the very latest version of our software. After all, that is one of the great advantages of working with cloud software!
Curious which developments we are introducing in this Summer 22 release? In this article we list a number of innovations and optimisations for you.
Graphical Resource Planning (GRP)
The Graphical Resource Planning provides you with insight into your planning at a glance, thanks to a visual representation of the planning of all your resources. With the updates in the Summer 22 release it is now also possible to assign resource groups to a work order via the GRP. You will also see various optimisations in the design and filtering possibilities in the GRP.
4PS Control
4PS Control is a collaboration platform that simplifies collaboration and communication with customers and partners, and enables you to share certain elements of 4PS Construct with them. For example, you can give customers access to Control so that they can report defects themselves, but you can also assign work orders to subcontractors or send requests for quotes via the portal. Naturally, fully integrated with 4PS Construct! In this release, our developers added a filter option to the 4PS Control homepage to search by entity. When you log back into Control, this filtering is remembered. Very useful if, for example, you are responsible for a specific service location!
Purchase
Our Purchasing module also contains a number of handy new features and optimisations. These include, among others:
- Improved booking of purchase receipts;
- New purchase and sales prices are now correctly integrated in 4PS Construct.
