Newest release 4PS Construct now available: Summer '23
With summer slowly coming to an end, it is time for a new release of our all-in-one solution 4PS Construct. Available as of now, this new Summer ’23 release contains various optimisations and new features from 4PS and Microsoft to benefit all our customers. Through these releases, we ensure that customers using 4PS Construct via the Microsoft Cloud will always be working with the latest developments and optimisations.
Introduction of Business Central 22
Our all-in-one solution 4PS Construct is based on the Microsoft platform Business Central. This guarantees that our customers also benefit from all the innovations Microsoft introduces in Business Central. For this Summer ’23 release, we are building on a new version of the Business Central platform; Business Central 22. As a result, this also includes a number of new Microsoft functionalities. Among these are a simplified way of sharing Business Central records via Microsoft Teams, an enhanced action bar and data analysis in list pages within Business Central.
4PS Mutation Maintenance App (MOA)
The 4PS Mutation Maintenance App helps performers or inspectors by digitising the recording of the property. In this release, we introduce a link between the MOA and service price books and the app was integrated with the Service & Maintenance module.
Projects
We also implemented optimisations and new functionality in our Projects module. Among other things, it is now possible to set a retention policy for project tables, we introduce element-level approvals and various optimisations provide improvements in cash flow for property development.
