Who are you?

We don’t need to explain to you the massive impact that a complex business software implementation process has on an organisation. During this critical period, you are the point of contact for customers, colleagues and external parties that is crucial to managing the process smoothly. You gain an overview of the activities, the planning and the budget and can proactively communicate it, ensuring the implementation is a success.

The Role

As a Project Manager you will draw up clear and comprehensive project plans, connect all the stakeholders in a project and monitor scope, time, budget, quality and customer satisfaction. At the same time you will manage the project group, the customer’s implementation team and the internal organisation to deliver a successful project. Furthermore you will provide project evaluations and identify teaching moments. You will respond professionally to customer issues and manage issue escalations. You work closely together with your team where you will coach consultants and other project managers.

Your skills

  • As a Project Manager, you understand how you can make a big contribution to the change process facing customers.
  • You are able to maintain an overview of complex projects.
  • You are the main factor that steers projects to completion, within scope and budget.
  • You take into account diversity in stakeholders, project groups and steering groups.
  • You have an excellent ability to adapt and communicate at all levels of management and the executive board.
  • You understand how to motivate people and to meet customer expectations.
  • You have at least 5 years’ experience as a B2B ICT Project Manager.
  • You are familiar with project management methods, Microsoft’s Sure-Step would be an advantage.
  • You are able to simultaneously manage several projects at varying levels.
  • You will preferably have knowledge or an affinity with the Construction, Installation and Civil Engineering sectors.
